  • Invest in repairs

This shouldn’t be a big deal if you’re selling a newly constructed home. But if it’s a house that has served you for years or if you inherited it, investing in repairs might be a wise move. Addressing the cosmetic issues will help you increase the property’s value. Potential buyers easily notice things like squeaky floorboards, chipped baseboards, and cracked tiles.
