Addressing the cosmetic issues will help you increase the property’s value. Potential buyers easily notice things like squeaky floorboards, chipped baseboards, and cracked tiles. They might not talk about them but they’ll obviously make sure they reflect in their offers.

  • Upgrade where it counts

You can still make small but cheap impactful swaps like switching out the lighting, shower heads, cabinet hardware, etc. Do not take on major projects like adding more rooms or replacing the roof. You should only do so if it’s absolutely necessary.

  • Add a few new accessories

Are you looking for a way to make the space feel more inviting? How about you add a few potted plants and fresh flowers! The small touches will definitely add major warmth. So add go get the Adirondack chair and place it on the front porch and then spruce up the patio with Edison bulb lights.
